2. Right to Amend Terms
BDK Travel and Tourism LLC reserves the right to update or change our official policies, terms, and conditions at any time. Prior to implementation, all updated terms will be communicated to the client (the second party). Services will only proceed under the new conditions after receiving the client’s clear agreement. We do not impose our services or policies; all clients engage with us by their own free will, based on mutual trust and understanding.

3. Voluntary Engagement
BDK Travel and Tourism LLC emphasizes that:

3.1 No client is ever forced to purchase our services.

3.2 Every client comes to us based on their belief and trust in our offerings.

3.3 Engagement in our services is entirely voluntary.

4. Air Ticketing Policy
Air ticket bookings made through BDK Travel and Tourism LLC are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline. Therefore:

Refunds, changes, or cancellations depend solely on the airline’s policies.

If the airline permits a refund or modification, BDK Travel and Tourism LLC will process it accordingly on behalf of the client.

5. Security Deposit Policy
BDK Travel and Tourism LLC requires a security deposit for any service to commence.

Without a deposit, we will not initiate or process any requests.

If a service is not completed within the agreed time frame, clients are eligible for a refund of their deposit as per the terms outlined at the time of booking.

6. Non-Refundable Government Fees
Please note that certain fees are non-refundable under UAE laws and our internal policies. These include (but are not limited to):

a. Embassy fees

b. Police clearance certificates

c. Any charges imposed by government authorities

BDK Travel and Tourism LLC will not be responsible for refunding any such non-refundable payments, even in the event of cancellation or rejection.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming any package or service with BDK Travel and Tourism LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and conditions. Mutual agreement is essential before proceeding with any service.
